- Lead internal stakeholder discovery to validate problems, shape priorities, and inform innovation strategy.
- Translate opportunities into product initiatives, epics, and features supported by business cases, market insights, and regional alignment.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation through to delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in payments, AI, and related technologies to identify opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business strategy, customer outcomes, and measurable results.
- Use data, experimentation, proofs of concept, and performance metrics to evaluate viability and inform go/no‑go decisions.
- Track success metrics across performance, efficiency, adoption, cost, and reduction of client and end‑user friction.
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions.
- Work cross functionally with commercial, solutioning, risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely and responsible delivery.
Agility, Adaptability & Delivery
- Apply agile methodologies to guide product development, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage data, automation, and emerging technologies, including AI where appropriate, to improve decision‑making, scalability, and customer experience.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, encourage creative problem solving, and drive initiatives to completion in a changing environment.
- Raise execution quality by continually improving how the team plans, executes, and delivers the product backlog.
