  3. Lead product ideation and prioritize features through structured frameworks; build consensus with senior stakeholders on product direction and investment decisions
  4. Define and evolve the client servicing and investigations model to deliver a differentiated, best-in-class client experience
  5. Collaborate closely with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies, client value propositions, and supporting materials to accelerate commercialization
