What you'd actually do

  1. Own and optimize core purchase workflows, including the sender recommendation experience, exclusive number provisioning, and essential workflows like porting and hosting to ensure a seamless acquisition process
  2. Drive platform orchestration to ensure a unified experience by overseeing cross-console ingress and egress, managing complex checklist state management, and utilizing proactive nudges and intent-based routing to abstract away disjointed configuration steps and seamlessly guide customers to their desired outcomes
  3. Lead cross-functional execution by partnering deeply with Engineering, Design, and KYC Product Managers to embed compliance initiatives, integrated intake forms, and autoregistration processes directly into the customer journey
  4. Drive data-driven decision making by utilizing product analytics and building dashboards to monitor funnel health, track rigorous metrics and identify points of friction
  5. Manage core product management duties, including end-to-end roadmap planning, ruthlessly prioritizing competing features, resolving cross-team dependencies, and aligning internal stakeholders on your product vision and strategy

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS
  • Proven track record managing complex systems: experience managing core workflows and complex state-management systems
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to partner deeply with Engineering to understand technical requirements, navigate complex system architectures, and resolve cross-team dependencies
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use product analytics and quantitative data to monitor metrics, drive decisions, and measure outcomes
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to align and influence Engineering, Design, and compliance stakeholders
  • Execution & Dealing with Ambiguity: Initiative, ownership, and accountability to break down complex problems, build clear roadmaps, and ruthlessly prioritize competing features in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience building growth and PLG workflows for products/services related to APIs, developer experience, and onboarding
  • Experience working with telecommunications, KYC, or other highly regulated ecosystems
