Product Operations Specialist | Accounting

Ramp Ramp · Fintech · New York, NY · Product

This role is a Product Operations Specialist focused on the Accounting, Integrations, and Stack within Ramp's finance infrastructure. The primary responsibility is to scale workflows that help customers close their books faster and maintain accurate financials. The role involves translating customer feedback into product requirements, owning launch operations, and directly shipping product improvements using AI tools. It also involves improving Product Operations processes and building products to enable scaling. The role emphasizes reducing customer friction and improving product quality through data and feedback loops. While AI tools are used to improve processes and ship improvements, the core function is product operations and product improvement, not core AI/ML development.

  2. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs
  3. Own launch operations for new features as they move from Alpha to GA
  4. Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools — owning your own backlog of customer friction reduction, not just feeding the engineering backlog
  5. Use AI to automate processes and build products to enable teams to ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
