Stripe is seeking a Program Manager for GTM Planning to drive operational excellence and support their GTM strategy. This role involves project management, creating business cases, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, roadmap creation, and change management. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or management consulting, with a strong track record in strategic problem-solving and executing new initiatives. Experience with CRM systems and SQL is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be accountable for building and driving large-scale transformational initiatives end to end
  2. Create strong business cases and drive influence to gain cross-functional support and resources needed to accomplish your goals; use data to influence decisions
  3. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the successful delivery of programs
  4. Create roadmaps, project plans, change management plans, tasks and reporting methodologies to track progress
  5. Manage change management activities across stakeholder engagement, including messaging/communication planning, support and enablement
