Project Senior Consultant- Pmo Analyst

This role is for a Project Senior Consultant- PMO Analyst within Deloitte's Finance Transformation team. The primary responsibilities include supporting day-to-day PMO coordination, maintaining the integrated master schedule, tracking risks and issues, and coordinating deliverables and reporting for a complex program or portfolio. The role requires experience in PMO, project coordination, and schedule maintenance, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and communication skills. A Top Secret security clearance is a mandatory requirement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support day-to-day PMO coordination across planning, reporting, governance, and action tracking for a complex program or portfolio
  2. Maintain the integrated master schedule, including updates to milestones, dependencies, and critical timelines
  3. Track risks, actions, issues, and decisions and monitor ownership, due dates, status updates, and escalations
  4. Coordinate weekly deliverables, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries for program leadership and stakeholders
  5. Support onboarding coordination in a cleared environment while maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready PMO artifacts

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • 3+ years of PMO, project coordination, or project analyst experience
  • 2+ years experience maintaining integrated master schedules
  • 2+ years experience preparing program reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and status summaries using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia
