Provisioning Engineer

CrowdStrike is seeking a Provisioning Engineer to help customers integrate, deploy, and maintain their AI-native cybersecurity platform. This role involves providing technical direction, provisioning features, ensuring timely delivery, and creating documentation. The ideal candidate has customer support experience, scripting familiarity, and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy and maintain the CrowdStrike service.
  2. Provision new and existing customer features and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
  4. Perform audits of customer subscriptions and features to ensure accuracy.
  5. Assist with internal security and access control audits.

Skills

Required

  • 3 + years of customer support, technical support, system administration or related customer facing role
  • Familiarity with different scripting languages
  • Passion for solving customer issues and advocating for their success, in a fast paced, highly technical environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills in a variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.)
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities
  • Ability to remain calm, composed and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and variable workload while maintaining an acute attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Security + or similar security certifications
  • 3+ years of Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization
  • Python Scripting and RestAPI experience
  • Experience with Salesforce in the areas of Sales and Service cloud
