This role is for a Senior Manager in Quality and Risk Management at Deloitte, focusing on contractual deal strategy, risk support, and negotiations for professional services contracts, particularly in technology services. The position involves assisting with deal structuring, contract review, drafting provisions, and managing ongoing contracting requirements. It also includes knowledge management and training support for risk management colleagues and broader audiences. What you'd actually do

  1. Assist with deal desk and contract review activities. Support our sales team with deal and contract structuring, RFI/RFP/Proposals, and contract review, drafting custom provisions, and negotiations.
  2. Intersect with various functions including sales, legal, finance, and delivery to act as a strategic advisor to help manage deal flow and to optimize sales and contracting cycles.
  3. Work closely with deal teams and legal in reviewing and negotiating agreements such as master agreements, confidentiality agreements, and teaming agreements. Own risk consultation and contracting review of scope of work/SOW documents.
  4. Assist with ongoing contracting, risk management, and mitigation support for ongoing contracting requirements - SOWs, Change Orders, amendments, and renewals.
  5. Facilitate continued compliance with contractually required policies and processes and with the Firm’s internal policies.
