What you'd actually do

  1. Define and continuously monitor KPIs for the Communications product vertical; analyze user behavior and product performance to uncover growth opportunities.
  2. Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate insights and actionable recommendations; use data-driven storytelling to demonstrate value and influence the product roadmap initiatives
  3. Partner with QUAD to lead discovery for the Communications product—formulate problem statements, size opportunities, and define success metrics.
  4. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate product performance; present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  5. Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms; partner with data engineering to enhance data collection, pipelines, and infrastructure.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or engineering with significant quantitative research and data analysis for financial products
  • 5+ years of applied experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and data visualization tools
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytics platforms and technical processes within a technical discipline
