What you'd actually do

  2. Coordinate the work of team members and various vendors to ensure smooth progress.
  3. Manage trial costs, key milestones, and risks.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for CRAs (including CROs) to resolve site-level issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with documentation management and quality at each site throughout the trial.
