Sierra is building a platform to enhance customer experiences using AI. They are seeking a Recruiter (Contract) to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the interview process. The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in using recruiting metrics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast paced environment , delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  2. Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines
  3. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent
  4. Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market
  5. Manage and continuously optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices
