Regional Alliances Manager, Healthcare East (remote)

This role is for a Regional Alliances Manager focused on the Healthcare sector, responsible for building and implementing channel strategies, recruiting partners, and driving business opportunities within the alliance and referral partner ecosystem. The role involves technical enablement coordination, marketing program execution, and developing business plans to achieve revenue targets. It requires extensive experience in channel sales within a B2B SaaS environment and strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, recruit and collaborate with partners in regards to successful engagement, launches, and enablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product and support trainings as required.
  2. Coordinate with Channel Sales Engineer on technical enablement for relevant partners. Develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy for the territory.
  3. Support/facilitate engagement of our internal sales and technical teams with partners’ sales and technical teams.
  4. Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on design and execution of marketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.
  5. Develop a business plan outlining how target revenues and objectives for the year will be achieved.

Skills

Required

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business to business environment

  • Experience with decision makers within current relationships within the Channel
