Regional Partner Manager, Southeast

Wiz is looking for its next Regional Partner Manager (RPM) Rockstar in the Southeast to help expand our reach and empower our sales teams. Reporting to the Channel Director – East Region, you will collaborate with a team of Wizards to build scalable routes to market with the right partners in your region, helping customers solve their cloud security challenges. In this role, you will design, build, and implement a successful channel strategy to drive growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including CSPs, sellers, engineers, and leadership teams
  2. Develop and execute partner strategies
  3. Implement National Partner and CSP (AWS, GCP, Azure) strategies at a regional level
  4. Lead enablement activities for Southeast partners, engaging leadership, sales, and technical teams
  5. Collaborate with national partner managers to develop and implement regional strategies

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of channel sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Established relationships with Southeast partner reseller leadership
  • Creative problem-solving and a knowledge-sharing mindset
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and operational excellence
  • Deep expertise in channel sales and partnerships
  • Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding
  • SaaS channel experience
  • Familiarity with Cloud Service Provider marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure)
