Retainer Management Team Manager (remote)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Retainer Management Team Manager to lead and scale a team of consultants responsible for managing customer relationships, program operations, and driving customer success for their AI-native cybersecurity platform. This role focuses on people management, team processes, business operations, and program consistency, acting as an operational backbone and escalation point for complex customer situations. The manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, drive quality, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the retainer services function.

What you'd actually do

  1. Directly manage a team of Associate Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Principal Consultants across the Retainer Management function
  2. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development support through 1:1s, HR processes, and documented development plans
  3. Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members as the team scales
  4. Own the day-to-day operational health of the Retainer Management program, ensuring consistent execution of account management activities, customer engagement cadences, and program administration
  5. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve team processes, operating procedures, and documentation to support scalability and quality
