Sales Acceleration Manager

1Password is seeking a Sales Acceleration Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for emerging products and new solutions, focusing on accelerating customer adoption and creating scalable sales motions. This quota-carrying role requires expertise in strategic solution selling, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth in the cybersecurity and SaaS space, with a focus on how customers adopt new technologies like AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to uncover high-value opportunities.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners, offering expert guidance on positioning, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies.
  3. Build, manage, and optimize a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, qualification, and opportunity management.
  4. Leverage analytics and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics) to evaluate performance, identify growth levers, and inform strategic decisions.
  5. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to design and execute cohesive strategies that align customer needs with product capabilities and go-to-market objectives.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic solution selling
  • Strong analytical and business acumen
  • hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally

Nice to have
