Sales Development Representative

This role is for a Sales Development Representative at LangChain, a company focused on making intelligent agents ubiquitous. The SDR will use AI and LangChain's own tools to automate prospecting, generate qualified opportunities, and provide exceptional first-touch experiences for prospects. What you'd actually do

  1. Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value.
  2. Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
  3. Capture and share insights from conversations to inform our sales plays, product roadmap, and agent development.
  4. Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to continuously increase conversion and efficiency.
  5. Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies

Skills

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology
  • Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences
  • Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation
  • Comfortable with a mix of structure and ambiguity
  • Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and shaping how next-generation GTM teams operate
  • Positive, persistent, and highly organized
