Sales Enablement Lead

This role is for a Sales Enablement Lead at Brex, an AI-native finance platform. The lead will be responsible for designing and executing sales training programs, creating enablement content, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue impact for the Startups segment. The role requires experience in sales enablement or operations and familiarity with sales tools. While the company uses AI extensively, this role is focused on enabling the sales team, not directly building AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and execute sales training programs for new and existing sales representatives, with a primary focus on the Startups team
  2. Create and maintain sales enablement content including playbooks, battle cards, and competitive plays
  3. Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs
  4. Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product to align on priorities and consistent messaging to the field
  5. Support onboarding programs for startups new hires

Skills

Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
  • Experience developing and delivering sales training programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and other enablement tools
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Collaborative problem-solver with a daily commitment to excellence

Nice to have

  • Have sold to and/or enabled sellers who primarily sold to finance/accounting teams
  • An intermediate understanding of B2B payments & general risk management
