This role is for a Sales Enablement Learning Partner focused on PEO & Business Insurance at Gusto. The primary function is to design and implement learning solutions for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, skill development, and driving revenue growth. While the role is not directly building AI models, it requires active engagement with AI tools and a focus on leveraging them to improve sales enablement processes. The role emphasizes collaboration, needs analysis, solution design, delivery, and performance measurement, with a strong focus on learner-centered design and continuous improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners including revenue, revenue operations and other cross functional leads to determine sellers learning and performance needs and priorities to achieve business results
  2. Diagnose skill and knowledge gaps and independently design and deliver enablement solutions that drive measurable improvements in capability, productivity, and revenue—often with limited information, tight timelines, and minimal support.
  3. Apply learner-centered design principles while balancing speed, pragmatism, and impact, tailoring solutions based on observation, stakeholder input, and the depth of learning required for performance.
  4. Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, including time-to-performance, and use data to quickly iterate and refine solutions.
  5. Design, build, and deliver onboarding, continuous training, and just-in-time learning experiences with a bias toward action, rapid development, and scalable execution to keep our sales teams on the cutting edge
