Sales Performance Management, Pigment Senior Consultant

This role focuses on implementing and optimizing Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions using Pigment, a platform that drives sales effectiveness and revenue maximization. Responsibilities include designing and deploying Pigment-based sales technology solutions, addressing sales planning and compensation issues, and offering end-to-end solutions. The role also involves business development efforts and contributing to practice development. While Generative AI is mentioned as a capability of the Customer team, the core responsibilities of this specific role are centered around SPM solution implementation and consulting, not direct AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Helping companies maximize the return for their digital sales enablement and sales operations infrastructure investment
  2. Collaborate with Sales and Operations leaders to plan, design, deploy, and support Pigment-based sales technology solutions
  3. Preparing for and leading Discovery workshops to document and validate detailed user stories
  4. Addressing sales planning and/or sales compensation issues across different business sectors
  5. Offering end-to-end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration support

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience with Pigment solution design and configuration in Pigment, plus at least 3 years working with other SPM solutions like Anaplan, Varicent, Spiff, or SAP Commissions
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time on average based on the work you do and the clients and industry/ sectors you serve
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA)

Nice to have

  • Previous "Big 4" experience
  • Experience implementing other SPM platforms (Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation, Xactly, Captivate IQ)
  • Advanced degree in related specialization area
