Senior Account Executive for Reddit's EMEA Mid-Market advertising team, responsible for growing accounts and managing the pre- and post-sales journey. This role involves owning a book of business, building client relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets. The position requires experience in online media sales, understanding of the media landscape, and campaign performance monitoring.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor.
  2. Generate advertising revenue from assigned clients via ad agencies and advertisers directly, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  3. Responsible for revenue quota of assigned book of business each quarter
  4. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  5. Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, instilling confidence and setting all interactions up for success by appropriately setting client expectations, identifying outcomes, and communicating clear next steps

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales(platform experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape across the DACH region
  • Client-facing experience in advertising sales, account management, or paid social campaign management
  • Experience in monitoring marketing campaign performance, and make manual optimizations or strategic recommendations as needed
  • Experience in Pulling and analyze data to compile compelling and actionable insights to move your clients' businesses forward.
