What you'd actually do

  1. Turn ambiguous product ideas into clear plans, tradeoffs, success measures, and shippable solutions.
  2. Shape mobile experiences across iOS and Android with strong product and platform judgment.
  3. Partner closely with product, design, data, and engineering peers to refine requirements and improve the customer experience.
  4. Build primarily in native mobile codebases while contributing to backend or API layers when needed to deliver the full experience.
  5. Launch features with an appropriate approach to testing, rollout, monitoring, and risk management.

Skills

Required

  • Significant experience building and shipping production mobile applications on iOS or Android
  • Strong depth in one mobile platform (iOS or Android) and ability/willingness to contribute to the other
  • Track record of owning features end-to-end, from ambiguous problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration
  • Strong product and business judgment
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or automation
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners (product managers, designers, data partners, other engineers)
  • Comfort working across the stack (mobile clients, APIs, services)
  • Strong operational discipline (production support, monitoring, debugging)
  • Ability to use signals to guide improvements

Nice to have

  • Experience with backend or API layers when needed to deliver the full experience
