Elastic Elastic · Enterprise · United States · HR Systems & Analytics

The Senior HR Analyst role focuses on building and deploying scalable analytics and insights from recruiting data. The goal is to move the organization towards a mature, AI-powered self-service environment, automating reporting, improving candidate experience, and ensuring data quality. The role involves connecting recruiting data to the broader employee lifecycle and exploring AI-powered tools to simplify data interaction and interpretation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Automate Reporting: Streamline recurring recruiting reports (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, One Model) to eliminate manual "data wrangling"
  2. Recruiting Strategy Partner: Translate talent data into insights that identify bottlenecks, improve candidate experience, and enhance hiring efficiency.
  3. Data Quality & Governance: Monitor recruitment data for anomalies and establish validation checks to ensure "one version of the truth" across systems.
  4. Establish a prioritization method to handle ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests across the recruiting team.
  5. Enablement: Build data proficiency within the team, moving us toward self-service tools, so answers can be found in real-time.
