This role focuses on owning and configuring Workday HCM, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and automation for HR processes. The Senior Analyst will partner with various teams to design and build scalable solutions, prioritizing automated approaches over traditional configuration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own Workday HCM end-to-end: business processes, domain security, integrations, reporting. You'll lead release planning, stay ahead of new features, and drive adoption across the business.
  2. Default to automation. Before configuring a traditional solution, ask whether AI or automation can do it better. That mindset should be baked into how you work, not an afterthought.
  3. Drive implementation of new Workday capabilities. You'll bring options and tradeoffs to the table, not just execute what's handed to you.
  4. Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate business requirements into scoped, implementable solutions and see them through to delivery.
  5. Support bi-annual compensation planning, Workday Absence, and Workday Benefits configuration and administration on an ongoing basis.
