Job Description
In this role, the CLM Product Engineer will partner with business and IT stakeholders to lead the technical implementation, configuration, and enterprise rollout of the enterprise CLM platform. This role will report to the CLM Product Line Lead within Enterprise IT. This role will be a crucial leadership position providing strategic and technical support for the expanded rollout of the CLM solution across the enterprise.
Responsibilities

- Bachelor’s degree
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on enterprise systems across functional areas
- 3+ years of experience working with Docusign or related CLM technology
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale implementation projects, including integrations with existing software applications
- Deep understanding of system implementation principles, methodologies, and tools, with hands-on experience implementing integrations between systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex implementation and integration issues and develop effective solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes
- Motivated to build relationships at executive levels with technology, solutions, customers and vendor groups.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Master’s degree in science or technology discipline
- 10+ years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on enterprise systems across functional areas
- 5+ years of experience working with Docusign or related CLM technology
- 5+ years of team leadership/management of staff; Demonstrated ability to coordinate across stakeholder groups to drive business outcomes
- Two or more of the following certifications are preferred:
- DocuSign CLM Administrator
- DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer
- DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant
- DocuSign CLM Technical Consultant
