This is a Senior Commercial Account Executive role focused on growing existing business for Grafana Labs, a company that provides observability tools. What you'd actually do

  1. Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within a set of current customers
  2. Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals
  3. Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations and account management)
  4. Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  5. Be able to understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
