Celonis is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead agile project teams in accelerating customer digital transformation using their Process Intelligence platform. The role involves translating strategic objectives into use cases, leading implementations, identifying process inefficiencies, and driving value creation through automation and data-driven insights. While the company heavily invests in AI, this specific role focuses on implementing and driving adoption of the Celonis software, which includes AI capabilities, rather than directly building AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct Business workshops to translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
  2. Coordinate with Data Operations team from Celonis to connect our solution to the customer IT environment (data extractions)
  3. Lead the Celonis implementation project to ensure the optimal solution to tackle the defined use cases (Data modelling, Data transformations, Process analysis building, KPIs building)
  4. Use our Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the customer
  5. Lead the value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Solution/Data Consulting or Process Improvement Consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (Data models)
  • SQL
  • Strong consulting skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelors or Masters in: Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program

Nice to have

  • Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
  • data engineering tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP and related business processes (Order to cash, procure to pay…))
