  1. Build and scale** Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)** to measure incremental impact on GMV, acquisition, renewals, and upgrades; enhance model design, inference, and business adoption to inform budget decisions
  2. Lead incrementality and causal measurement by designing A/B tests and experiments to quantify true lift, performance, and scalability
  3. Develop ML models for member segmentation across lifecycle (acquisition to renewal) using clustering and trigger-based targeting to improve conversion and engagement
  4. Productionize data science solutions with robust pipelines, monitoring, and retraining; apply AI to automate workflows, accelerate insights, and ensure scalable, reliable systems

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field, with 3+ years applying ML and advanced analytics to real-world problems
  • Experience building and scaling production-grade data science systems (training pipelines, evaluation, monitoring, retraining)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) including saturation curves, diminishing returns, marginal ROAS, and Bayesian/frequentist methods
  • Experience in causal inference and experimentation (A/B testing, Bayesian time series) with 2+ years in causal ML
  • Python and SQL expertise with working on cloud based data platform
