Senior Director of Enterprise Personalization Strategy & Decisioning at Sam's Club, responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end personalization value chain, including strategy, member insights, NBA decisioning, and guardrails. What you'd actually do

  1. Set enterprise personalization vision and success metrics.
  2. Serve as enterprise thought leader on personalization and influence senior leadership on priorities, investment decisions, and performance optimization.
  3. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, eCommerce, Membership, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure personalization strategies are embedded into channel plans and operating models.
  4. Align and sequence the enterprise personalization roadmap.
  5. Define the member understanding foundation.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 7 years' experience in an analytics related field OR Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field OR 9 years' experience in an analytics or related field
  • 3 years' supervisory experience
