Senior Director, Head of Currencycloud Sales and Revenue for Asia Pacific at Visa. This role focuses on driving the growth agenda for Currencycloud's money movement platform, defining strategy, leading the commercial team, forging partnerships, and driving sales enablement. It involves collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to expand use cases and revenue in the APAC region.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the multi‑year strategy and operating model for Currencycloud, translate vision into integrated roadmaps, OKRs, and resourcing plans.
  2. Drive thought leadership, sales enablement support to AP clusters, identify and drive adoption of new use cases / opportunities. Assess unit economics, pricing, and ROI, recommend go/no‑go decisions
  3. Work closely with global strategy, legal, compliance to drive licensing and market expansion plans from concept through launch and scale, ensuring alignment, clear milestones, and outcome-based metrics.
  4. Formulate and execute short- and long-term Visa Direct strategies for Currencycloud, aligned with CMS leadership priorities.
  5. Lead the sales team to identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships with Visa Direct partners across Fintechs and Banks to expand use cases, distribution, and revenue.
