Senior Director, NA VAS Issuing Solutions at Visa, responsible for delivering the regional Issuing Solutions roadmap and ensuring it supports Visa’s growth targets. This role partners with Global and Regional Product and NA Sales teams to define requirements for localizing and delivering products for sale to regional clients, with a strong focus on commercial dynamics and extending the value of Visa’s Issuing Solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute on a multi-year strategy for the regional Issuing VAS business, which considers nuances relevant to the specific region _(e.g., fintech ecosystem, available payment methods, local banking regulation, mix of digital payments, issuer ecosystem, opportunities for inorganic growth…)._
  2. Closely partner with Global Issuing Product leaders to deliver on-time, on-budget Issuing VAS Products in the region.
  3. Support and deliver regional product roadmaps that extend Visa’s relevance beyond our core network assets. This includes:
  4. Partner with regional Commercialization leaders to build, execute, and monitor go-to-market motions so Solutions are easy to sell and easy to buy. This includes:

Skills

Required

  • 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD)
  • Deep understanding of one or more dimensions of the payment industry
  • Proven track record of B2B product commercialization and delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, cross-functional (e.g. product, sales, strategy, marketing) matrixed, ambiguous and cross-regional environments
  • Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at once
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
