This role leads the strategy, growth, and delivery excellence of Celonis' Professional Services practice, focusing on the successful deployment of the Celonis Platform and its AI capabilities to drive tangible business value for enterprise customers. It involves managing teams, owning services delivery and sales strategy, partnering with sales and value engineering, and ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the strategy, growth, and delivery excellence of our Services practice at Celonis.
  2. Own the services delivery and sales strategy for your vertical, ensuring the successful deployment of the Celonis Platform to drive tangible value for our customers.
  3. Partner closely with Sales leadership and Value Engineering teams to define the Go-To-Market approach, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term adoption of the platform.
  4. Serve as the Services Project Sponsor for your portfolio, performing ongoing health checks to govern scope, schedule, and budget.
  5. Own the scoping and selling of Services deals, including complex or strategic engagements.
