What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to drive revenue and meet business goals.
  2. Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors for our global strategic events, ensuring alignment with event and brand objectives.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsoring partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  4. Track and report on sponsorship performance, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Proactively identify, resolve, and foster alignment with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Alliance, Partner, Sales, and Event Production teams to ensure all sponsor commitments and event activations are executed flawlessly.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience
  • at least 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales
  • strong track record in revenue generation and partner engagement
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sponsorship initiatives that drive business impact
  • skilled in navigating a dynamic environment and can adapt strategies to evolving business needs
  • Strong experience in complex, matrixed organizations, leading cross-functional collaboration
