Senior Group Product Manager, Dropbox Sign

This is a Group Product Manager role for Dropbox Sign, focusing on leading a team of PMs, driving product strategy, and execution for eSignature and document automation workflows. The role emphasizes people management, strategic thinking, and operational excellence in a B2B SaaS context. While the product may leverage AI, the core responsibilities of this role are product management and leadership, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, helping them grow in product craft, strategic thinking, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
  2. Define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dropbox Sign. Balance investments across platform scalability, workflow automation, customer experience improvements, and new growth opportunities.
  3. Build a strong product culture grounded in customer empathy, data-informed decision making, accountability, and collaboration.
  4. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Security, and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment, prioritize investments, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple product initiatives.
  5. Become an expert in our customers by leveraging research, analytics, market insights, and direct feedback to deeply understand the needs of businesses and individuals managing critical agreement workflows.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • 4+ years of people management experience leading and developing Product Managers
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing PM teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences
  • Experience defining and driving multi-quarter product strategies and roadmaps
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments

Nice to have

  • Experience leading Product Management teams for B2B SaaS or workflow automation products
  • Experience owning and scaling eSignature, document workflow, compliance, or enterprise productivity products end-to-end
