Senior Lean Practitioner

This role focuses on implementing Lean principles and AI enablement within Boeing's Global Real Estate & Facilities organization. The Senior Lean Practitioner will instruct others in continuous improvement, lead process improvement efforts, and integrate AI-driven insights into data architecture and analytics. Experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLMs and generative AI, is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support and operationalize Lean initiatives and AI enablement efforts.
  2. Instruct and mentor others in continuous improvement tools, principles, and techniques, while developing and updating instructional materials and playbooks.
  3. Collaborate within PACE to lead complex process improvement efforts, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and help develop, enhance, and deploy Lean tools, AI enablement efforts, and other process improvement best practices.
  4. Connect Lean principles, strategy, and execution to drive measurable results and continuous improvement
  5. Mature the Seek, Speak, Listen closed-loop process and apply data analytics to daily Lean priorities
