What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the strategy, implementation, and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives
  2. Drive adoption of recommendations by ensuring alignment and follow-through across stakeholders
  3. Partner with clients and internal teams to test and implement strategic solutions
  4. Collaborate across regional and functional teams, including Product and Sales
  5. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic recommendations

Skills

Required

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Nice to have

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 7 or more years of relevant work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s, JD, PhD)
  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution or equivalent experience
  • Experience in: Management consulting, Investment banking, Corporate or internal strategy roles
  • Payments industry experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate independently in a complex, ambiguous environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience synthesizing large, complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
