Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is hiring for **Senior Manufacturing Engineers **to join the Production Engineering organization in North Charleston, SC.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining the program architecture for build.
- Lead and implement manufacturing plans.
- Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability aligns with requirements
- Assist in providing producibility information for project plans and document best practices.
- Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Resolve technical problems that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule.
- Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.
- Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
- Implement lean principles and technologies
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): **
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience related to the development, selection, and/or revision of parts, materials, and process specifications for production testing, electrical subsystems, aircraft interiors, and other aircraft systems.
- Experience in planning and production control processes?
- Experience with 787 structures and/or systems?

**Summary Pay Range for Senior Level (Level 4): **$126,650 – 171,350
