This role is for a Senior Marketing Manager focused on Localization at Braze. The primary responsibility is to own the strategy and execution of localized marketing programs, ensuring high-quality, on-brand, and effective experiences across key international markets. A key aspect of the role involves driving the adoption of AI-assisted translation tooling and exploring new AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, content quality, and speed to market, while maintaining quality standards and understanding where human review is critical. The role requires a strong marketing foundation, experience with localization workflows and tooling, and a data-driven approach to measure and optimize performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end localization strategy for the website and marketing journeys across priority markets, including web pages, email programs, and content
  2. Partner cross-functionally with Web, Growth, Marketing Ops, and Content to manage localization as a core part of campaign and product launch workflows
  3. Drive the adoption of AI-assisted translation tooling across marketing programs while maintaining strict quality and consistency standards
  4. Define and track the metrics that matter - from top-of-funnel engagement (traffic, views, email clicks) to downstream business impact (NNLs, MQLs, pipeline) - and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
  5. Actively explore and implement new AI-powered tools and workflows to improve localization efficiency, content quality, and speed to market in partnership with Growth

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing
  • Meaningful experience in localization, international campaigns, or regional marketing
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
  • Hands-on experience with TMS platforms such as Phrase, Smartling, or similar
  • Familiarity with localization vendor management and QA workflows
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience measuring and reporting on top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel metrics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment
