Senior Marketplace New Business Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships

This role focuses on driving the growth of Target's Marketplace through strategic partnerships, managing the entire partner lifecycle from acquisition to optimization. It involves developing strategies, onboarding partners, providing enablement resources, and measuring performance to generate high-quality leads and business outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drives the growth of Marketplace through Strategic Partnerships.
  2. Owns the end-to-end Agency and Strategic Partner program, from identifying and securing new partners to scaling and optimizing ongoing performance.
  3. Develops and executes Agency and other Strategic Partner acquisition strategies.
  4. Leads structured onboarding programs.
  5. Designs scalable enablement resources that clearly articulate the Marketplace value proposition and ideal seller profiles.
