Senior Pm - Managed Security Service Provider (cloud Siem)

Datadog Datadog · Enterprise · New York, NY · Product Management

Datadog is seeking a Senior PM for Managed Security Service Provider (Cloud SIEM) experience. The role involves defining and delivering capabilities for MSSPs and MDR partners to monitor, hunt, triage, and respond to threats across multiple customer environments. This includes extending Datadog Security's Detection Engine into broader multi-tenant security operations workflows. The role requires translating complex managed security workflows into scalable product experiences, partnering with engineering, design, and customers. While the company mentions AI in its general description and the bonus section mentions using AI coding tools and building AI-enabled products, the core responsibilities of this specific Product Manager role are focused on security operations workflows for MSSPs and MDRs, not on building or directly shipping AI/ML models or systems as the primary deliverable.

  2. Develop a deep understanding of how MSSPs, MDR providers, and strategic enterprise customers monitor, hunt, triage, and respond across multiple customer environments
  3. Translate provider needs into clear product requirements for federated detection, cross-environment hunting, alert management, multi-tenant console workflows, case routing, automation, permissions, onboarding, and reporting
  4. Partner with Detection Engine engineering to define how detection, hunting, and alerting capabilities should extend across organizations and customer environments
  5. Own key capabilities end to end, from discovery and requirements through launch, feedback, iteration, and adoption tracking
