Senior Principal, Marketing Strategic Finance & Analytics at Airbnb. What you'd actually do

  1. Support strategy discussions on spend allocation & pacing between Finance and Marketing leadership
  2. Partner with Financial Operations to track Marketing media and production budgets in order to inform strategic allocations
  3. Establish KPI framework for marketing channels and campaigns
  4. Develop ROI calculation methodologies with DS and Research, and lead holistic campaign reviews - accounting for qualitative and quantitative impacts
  5. Support weekly reporting needs from Marketing and Hosting orgs as well as quarterly campaign performance reviews
