Senior Product Designer to shape enterprise software for T-Mobile's advertising marketplace, driving design vision, uncovering user needs, and translating insights into intuitive product experiences. This role involves end-to-end design lifecycle ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the design system.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end design lifecycle including discovery, produce user-flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines to communicate user experience concepts with minimal oversight.
  2. Work cross functionally with product and engineering teams to refine and negotiate requirements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  3. Conduct qualitative and quantitative researchers independently, including regular engagement with internal and external users to surface pain points and validate solutions.
  4. Contribute to and help evolve the design system and principles, guidelines, and patterns libraries to ensure consistency across the T-Ads product ecosystem
  5. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Skills

Required

  • User Experience Design - End-to-end design including discovery, IA, interaction design, and visual design
  • Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate and defend design decisions
  • Project Management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple concurrent design workstreams against shifting deadlines
  • User Research - Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research independently
  • Design Systems and UI Frameworks - Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems and pattern libraries and working knowledge of common UI frameworks and front-end constraints
