The Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability will define the vision and strategy for Grafana Cloud's infrastructure observability products, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. This role involves heavy customer discovery, roadmap ownership, and collaboration with engineering and GTM teams to drive product success and integration within the broader Grafana Cloud suite. The role also involves leveraging AI features within the observability platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
  2. Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
  3. Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, while providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
  4. Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
  5. Use your deep product expertise to make decisions about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing and tiering
