What you'd actually do

  3. Deliver People products through scalable processes and frameworks that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness
  4. Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across initiatives, proactively driving alignment and decision-making
  5. Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and driving initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term organizational goals with detailed operational execution
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex challenges and driving scalable solutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align teams at all levels
  • Experience building scalable processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms across teams, systems, and organizational priorities
