This role is for a Senior Recruiter focused on Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions at Ramp, a fintech company. The recruiter will use AI and research tools extensively to identify, engage, and close top talent. Responsibilities include market mapping, personalized outreach, full-cycle recruiting, and acting as a strategic partner to GTM leadership. What you'd actually do

  1. Use AI and research to find top talent.
  2. Calibrate quickly and map the market.
  3. Run thoughtful, personalized outreach.
  4. Own the full cycle, from first outreach through offer close, including pipeline hygiene in Ashby, stakeholder updates, and offer construction.
  5. Close candidates with competing offers.

Skills

  • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting
  • High-growth or top-tier startup environment experience
  • Track record of identifying strong talent

  • Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Gong
