Deel is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner to shape and implement go-to-market strategies, drive planning and target setting, conduct business analysis, and spearhead change management initiatives. The role involves owning territory carving, quota setting, forecasting, and acting as a regional representative for sales operations functions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales operations or business operations at tech companies, fluency with Salesforce, and a strong understanding of SaaS operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help shape and implement the go-to-market strategy in your region of focus, drive annual and quarterly planning and target setting, conduct independent analysis of the business, gather insights, make compelling recommendations to GTM and GTMOps leadership, and drive change management to improve the business in line with Sales Lead priorities.
  2. Own territory carving, territory updates, quota-setting analysis, and other data-driven priorities in planning and execution of the business.
  3. Help lead Forecasting and business inspection cadence.
  4. Spearhead complex change management initiatives that improve the performance of the business.
  5. Act as regional representative with other Sales Ops functions: sales compensation, pricing, and deal desk.
