Senior Salesforce Administrator

This role is for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will manage and scale Webflow's go-to-market systems, including Salesforce and CPQ. The administrator will partner with stakeholders and the Enterprise Technology team to translate business needs into solutions, maintain system health, and identify automation opportunities. A key aspect of the role involves using AI to accelerate administrative tasks like drafting documentation and identifying automation. The position requires strong experience in Salesforce administration, CPQ, declarative automation, and agile methodologies, with a focus on clean, durable, and scalable configurations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own day-to-day administration of our Salesforce org, including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security
  2. Use AI to accelerate admin work, from drafting documentation and validation rule logic to triaging requests and identifying automation opportunities
  3. Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms)
  4. Administer Salesforce CPQ: product catalog, price books, bundles, discount schedules, and approval workflows
  5. Triage and resolve incoming Salesforce requests with clear communication and quick follow-through

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
  • Hands-on CPQ experience
  • Strong working knowledge of declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, approval processes)
  • Experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or other GTM teams
  • Track record of clear documentation and stakeholder communication
  • Working experience in an agile/scrum environment

Nice to have

  • Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) preferred
  • Salesforce CPQ, Platform Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus
