Senior Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining API led MuleSoft integrations for customer care capabilities. This involves building System, Process, and Experience APIs, implementing complex Mule 4 flows, optimizing DataWeave transformations, integrating with foundational systems, and ensuring reliability through error handling, logging, and monitoring. The role also includes participation in release cycles, root cause analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contribution to CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and maintain API led MuleSoft integrations supporting ACC Service & Support (S&S), Big Bang, Wireless, RTB, CRP/Fiber, and related omnichannel customer care capabilities.
  2. Build System, Process, and Experience APIs that connect ACC with upstream and downstream systems such as Salesforce, Billing, Ordering, Network APIs, Identity platforms, and Customer Graph.
  3. Implement complex Mule 4 flows for ACC business functions including Review/Submit flows, Feature Add/Remove, Port Out status retrieval, Account/Service Summary, Order Events, and Real Time customer validations.
  4. Create and manage RAML specifications, reusable templates, API fragments, shared modules, and Exchange assets to ensure consistency across ACC micro journeys.
  5. Develop and optimize DataWeave transformations for high volume ACC transactional payloads, ensuring low latency and real time SLAs.
