What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a key analytics partner to the senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to guide key strategic decisions. Ensure clarity of communication and strategic alignment on analytics initiatives.
  2. Elevate craft and analytical excellence at the analytics team level on advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and metric frameworks.
  3. Collaborate with teams including Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing in addition to other cross-functional teams.
  4. Solve large, open ended critical business questions without known prior solutions
  5. Design, execute, and analyze complex experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to measure feature impact and inform product iteration.
