The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead program initiatives, coordinate execution across teams, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of government business, program finance, and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving process improvements for products like the TITAN ground station.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of program initiatives and tasks, spanning across Anduril teams and SMEs
  2. Provide guidance and direction to program team members, including finance, division operations, mission operations, and other stakeholders to enable program execution
  3. Develop a strong system-level understanding of the business lines and products they support by becoming a power user of Anduril’s products — and becoming comfortable with teaching others
  4. Deeply understand your customers objectives, constraints, and perspectives
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners
