What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a communications subject matter expert on behalf of the ET&D organization for any internal communications on new programs, services, tools, or policy changes that need to be widely distributed to employees across the Company
  2. Develop comprehensive communication plans for both technical and end-user audiences, from initial research to implementation
  3. Simplify complex technical communications into clear and accessible messages for employees
  4. Use various communication strategies, considering timing, priority, and message consistency
  5. Manage editorial calendars, coordinate and help prioritize multiple communications requests, oversee approvals, and manage complex content distribution
